I wish all women would think their feelings and taste were god’s gift to the world and simply must be expressed. I wish all women would tell stories that treat their lives and thoughts as the most important thing in the universe. I wish all women would make art that is about themselves but dramatized, romanticized, symbolic, incredibly existentially significant. This what men have been doing for literally centuries and it’s the entirety of our artistic canon.
