❝ I think, yeah, they’re getting on alright, aren’t they, they’re getting on alright. They’re having a baby together, and that brings people together doesn’t it. [Mark: Apparently.] Or drives them apart…No they’re alright. We see them when we open, we see them and they’re getting on alright. ❞

Amanda Abbington, EW interview SDCC 2016 (x) In response to “How are Dr. and Mrs. Watson getting on, now that he’s in on the spying and all?’ (via cupidford)

Interesting on the addition of ‘drives them apart’. Also the fact that the opening of series 4, episode 1, is mentioned, why? If this is the Watsons and       Uncle Sherlock show they would be ‘getting on alright’ all series. And how minimal is the phrase ‘getting on alright’? Didn’t we leave them reconciled, holding hands on the tarmac? [sarcasm] Why not chose the phrase ‘doing great’, or ‘happy’?
